What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account. Your cart is kept in your own browser, which also remembers your checkout details for next time.

When you place an order or request a dermatologist consultation, we keep your name, phone number, the items or request, and your delivery or collection choice, so our team can confirm and fulfil it.

When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send, such as any prescription.

We count website visits anonymously (pages viewed, searches and button taps) to improve the shop. Visitors are counted with a one-way code that changes every day; we do not store IP addresses or use cookies for this.

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm and fulfil your order, review prescriptions, arrange delivery and answer your questions.

We do not sell your personal information.

Prescriptions and health details are treated as confidential and handled only by authorised pharmacy staff, in line with applicable law.
